At Art-Doeuvre, we value your satisfaction and offer an easy return and exchange policy. You can raise a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving your order. Partial returns are also accepted, allowing you to return one or more items from your order.

Return Process & Quality Check
Once we receive your returned product, it undergoes a quality check. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item passes this inspection. The timeline for refund initiation may vary based on the time taken by our courier partner to deliver the product back to our warehouse.
In case of any discrepancies in the refund process, Art-Doeuvre may request a screenshot of your bank statement for verification.

Refund is initiated to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours after we receive the returned item.
It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
